I was doing the new tape that has the box lunges......and my hubby came in the room and asked "why does Cathe keep talking about boxed lunches????"

Debbie, the first time I heard it, I thought Cathe said "box lunch" too! I have a good excuse, though... I'm in PA Dutch Country, where "box lunge" would actually be pronounced that way! ;-)
