Bowflex weights

Does anyone out there have the adjustable weights from Bowflex? I am needing more weights for STS & thought that may be a good way to go since I'm limited on storage space.

I've had mine for about 1.5 years & LUV them! I got the larger set (5#s - 52.5)...They are big and I have small hands but I luv them. I still have all weights ala carte (had them already) 1-15#s + a couple of platemates but more often than not I reach for the Bowflex

Edited to add: because of the stands they are a LIFESAVER for your back too.... IMO the stands are part of what makes them awesome...I also got the adjustable bench....

Looking at the treadclimber. My husband is not into working out although he needs to add some cardio to his life. Thought maybe he would use that. Any chance you have that too?

I have the heavier ones like Traci also. I have had them about 3 years and love them!! I think they would be great for STS...

Actually my TM is in the un-used dining room and I havent really stepped foot in there in 2 years soooooooooooo....I cant help ya on machines!

I edited my last post too...make sure & get the DB stands to save your back with the heavier loads...

I just placed my order. I did not get the stand so when I realize I should have got it you can say "I told you so!!"
