Bought pushpull/superset again

after seeing it on fit tv I decided to buy it again (sold first copy).I loved the push pull premix 3 times upper body it hurt like heck.I am glad I reaquired it.I don't remember why I disliked it to begin with;-)
 
Shelia, you won't regret your re-purchase;-) It's great to have variety in your workout selections. I use PP/SS to change things up and avoid "ruts."
 
I have a lot of Cathe's that don't get as much use as the others, PP/SS being one of them. But I won't sell it for the same reason as Sheila said...as soon as it's gone, I'll figure out that I want it back! I like at least seeing all the variety I can pick from, even if it is collecting a little dust!:)
 
I didn't like PP/SS either but eventually found a way to use it through the premixes. This is why I hang on to Cathe's workouts, even though I don't get to use them at first.

I have grown to love these.

I like to use supersets because it really is a stability ball workout.

I'm not a huge fan of Push/pull but I love the stretch and use it for add ons.

It's also great when you feel like doing a Cathe weight workout but want to exercise the entire body in less than 60 minutes.
 
my shoulders are nice and sore today.The pp leg 3 times thru is a killer also.I think I love pp(premixes) as much as pyramids.I will do the ss and pp during a active rest week- as is no premix.I marval at how many different workouts you can get from one cathe dvd.
