Bosu

I have recently gotten into working out with the Bosu. There are,however, a very limited amount of videos on this at this time. I love all the Cathe videos, and there is no doubt that if one was available, it would be fantastic! Please, is there a Bosu video in our future?

Hey Carol,

This has been requested a couple of times. If you do a search you'll find that Cathe answered that it wasn't completely out of the question but that it wasn't planned on for the near future.
