Boss Bands and Loops PHA?

Hi, Cathe!

I love PHA! My schedule and some health concerns only allow me to work out 4 days/week. I do PHA 3 of the 4 days. I get strength training and cardiovascular training all in one workout.

I also love working with resistance bands. I have osteoarthritis and bands are easier on my joints when I'm feeling a bit iffy. Would you consider doing a LIVE Boss Bands and Loops PHA workout? Thanks, Cathe!

Awesome idea! PHA 3 and Lite Bodyweight and Bands are 2 of my faves of hers. I would love a workout like that. Maybe the new Boss Band workout will be something like that.
