Wow! I just purchased this workout and tried it today for the first time. Time flies in this workout! I was shocked when she said we were on the last circuit!! It was a tough one, but time flew by!
 
I did this one just yesterday. I really like it as well.
I prefer to do the 'all but core' premix, followed by the "core only' premix and cooldown/stretch. That way, there's not so much getting up and down off the floor.
 
To be honest, I did not like this workout when I first started doing it. I was really disappointed. Then I did it again the other night and it kicked my butt!

I must not have been giving it my all the first few times I did it. Now I can't wait to do it again!

Like Melissa, I haven't given this workout my all. I think it's a workout where it's comfortable getting through it at less than maximum effort. I think you really need to push yourself to get a tough workout. When you do push, it's quite challenging.

Cathe's other workouts to me seem challenging without pushing that hard.

I like the recommendation to do all the core work at the end.
