BootCamp/Muscle Endurance Premix Question

Happy Friday everyone :)

I'm hoping someone could give me an idea of what the "Everything But Core" premix is about? I don't have this DVD but I do have both of these workouts recorded from FitTv and I'm trying to make something up that's similiar. I'm currently doing the September Circuit rotation and this is the one day I'm stuck on what to do.

The Everything But Core premix (48 mins.) is from Boot Camp and is the whole workout minus all the ab/core exercises. I forget which exercises are left out of the FitTv version but you should have most of the workout. The whole workout is 58 minutes and you should have about 44 minutes of the workout from FitTV.
