Second time through this workout totally rocks! I put my step up in the front of my workout space and didn't have to move it once - that was great bc you don't need much space to do the step portions....
I totally got the tricep dip thing on the ball Like someone else suggested I just didn't try to use the thing underneath and my ball was totally stable!
I give it a 10 - - for fun
I do have to say though the cardio is still just an 8 for difficulty - - my heartrate totally gets up there, but I think if I were to do it twice through - that would be awesome!!! Only because its shorter do I give it an 8......
