Can't speak for anyone else, but I certainly couldn't do a heavy-weight workout after either of these. I've heard it mentioned before on these boards, but I find myself unexpectedly wiped after both of these. Not sure what it is, because I agree with you that they don't look all that bad on paper. It's weird. That said, if you're feeling strong after HSTA or BootCamp, go for it!
I usually either do rest or cardio after doing one of these. Or maybe something like pilates or yoga, but I just cannot do lifting again after one of these.
