I love Cathe's Boot Camp workout from the Intensity series. It doesn't have any step aerobics which I am not very good at. Does anyone know of any of her other dvd's that are as challenging as Boot Camp and don't use the step?

I'm not sure you will find it as challenging as Bootcamp, but KPC is intense, and the premixes that combine it with Legs and Glutes are good as well.

HSTA is rather Bootcampy (as is HSC, but with a little less intensity), but they both use the High Step (for many sets of step-ups in HSTA, and cardio in both HSTA and HSC).

It sounds like maybe "Drill Max" from the upcoming series might be a possiblity as well.
 
You could try Kick, Punch & Crunch and Kick Max. Kick Max has a 15 minute bootcamp challenge that is really intense. Kick Max also has leg conditioning drills at the end. They are very challenging. Cardio Kicks also does not need any equipment. Kick, Punch & Crunch really keeps my heartrate up throughout the entire workout and has a good ab workout on the ball.

The first half of MIC (Maximum Intensity Cardio) which does not involve the step always makes me want to drop!
