I would also like a reverse count S&H series

I would also like to see Cathe do a med-ball flavored cardio workout - either step, hi/lo, or both. It could finish out with a killer med ball ab routine, too!

Man, maybe you should come out with a video. If Cathe doesn't do this workout, I may end up using it for a homemade circuit. Thanks.

I love this idea. Cardio with a med ball is so fun and effective, and works the core the whole time. I vote for medicine ball step workout AND a medicine ball hi/lo! If they came on the same DVD, there could be some fun combo premixes as well.

Kathryn - I love this idea. I understand that Cathe is trying to get away from the dual-layered DVDs - but I miss the days of two workouts on one DVD and the bonus combos and plethora of premixes!!!!

I do too! The combos/premixes make workouts you do for years stay fresh.

Two thumbs up on the Boot Camp Xtreme workout. AND, I'd like to add another vote for a return to the two-workout DVD. Love them premixes.

Another vote for the boot camp Xtreme workout.

I too would like to see the return of the two workout DVD. Premixes rock!
