Boot Camp Questions

I preordered the Pyramid DVD only, and I'm wondering if I should order the Muscle Endurance/Boot Camp DVD. For those who have that DVD:

Does Boot Camp involve any step aerobics? If not, is it a workout that can be done by a totally choreography-challenged exerciser? Is it a cardio workout or a strength workout or both?

Thanks!

YES! Get It!:) I absolutely LOVE this video. It is a mix of cardio and strength. No,she does not do any step aerobics. Her 1 minute Cardio sections are pretty basic. She'll do jacks,w/ plyo jacks, some basic kickbox moves. The only one that's a bit hard to get at first is her"Terminator Climbers" but you can catch on.It is a very thorough workout. She really hits every muscle group. She does ABS in every section so you really work them. She uses very little space in case you don't have a lot of room. I really think you'd like it! Susan

Boot Camp is one of my favorites out of the Intensity series. As Susan say, it takes up very little space, which is a bonus for me since I have very little of it myself.

The video runs very smoothly and is very time efficient. Get it -- you won't regret it.

As for the Muscle Endurance, in my opinion, it's a tad easier than Power Hour. But then, I'm just beginning to load on the poundage!

Jacks? You LIKE jumping jacks?? Okay, I'll get the workout. But I am VERY sceptical. I've got an awful lot of flesh I'll have to nail into place before I can start jumping in the air. And my poor old bones and joints will take a lickin'. But if everybody else is loving it, then I've just got to know what all the excitement is about. Can't resist, dammit!
