Boot Camp + ME Bonus Workout

Has anyone tried the BC + MC Bonus workout on the DVD. I absolutely loved this workout. Although it is a great total body workout, I really felt it in my lower body. I thought I would die when we had to do the second set of leg presses

I am going to make this a part of my routine 1 X a week. The Boot Camps and PUB & PLB are my favorites out of the whole series.

I haven't tried it yet. How long is it? Does it involve some cardio from the bootcamp? Have you done ME? In that workout you do the leg presses three times.

Could you give me a little run down on this workout?

Cathe combines segments from both BC & ME. I have only done the time, but this is what I remember. In one cycle Cathe does a cardio section and an upper body exercise from BC, and in the same cycle she includes the same upper body exercise from ME. I don't remember how many cycles she does. She repeats the cycle in the same manner until you have worked the entire body. It is a great endurance work out and is my favorite. Cathe also includes the ab section of ME, which is excellant. This workout is 1:18 minutes. This workout is only on DVD.

Yes this workout looked fabulous! I watched the whole thing. I will do a rotation somewhat like this, once I finish the Total Body Blast Rotation:
Sat. The Guantlet
Sun. Rhythmic Step
Mon. ME/BC Bonus
Tue. Imax II
Wed. ME/BC Bonus
Thu. Cardio and Weights
Fri. Rest
I can't wait! I will modify this rotation as I have never done The Guantlet or the bonus workout but I am so excited!
 
I have not tried any of the terminator videos, so far I have only done the upper & lower body pyramids, BC, and BC & ME Bonus. I better schedule the Guantlet soon.

I agree, the rotation looks great, and body will get a good work out.

I am currently trying all the workouts, but I know my first roatation will include the both pyramids, and BC & Me Bonus, and cardo. I just have not decided what type of cardio, maybe kickboxing.

Let me know how you guys like the Bonus workout. I thought I would die when I saw we had to do a second set of leg presses from ME. x(

I did the ME+BootCamp Bonus Workout this morning - it is a WONDERFUL workout!! Give it a try if you haven't already...especially if you like to get some cardio work done along with total body weight work. Thanks again, Terri, for suggesting we try it...with all my excitement about the Terminator, I almost missed this one!

Hi Robin,
I did this tape again this morning with my work out buddy. It was her first time doing this one, and she loved it. It's a favorite.

I viewed the Guanlet this morning, I think I might try that one some time next week. While viewing the tape this morning I thought, this is one heck of a workout, is she trying to kill me. I also like that the Guanlet's cardio is mixed, and not strictly step.


I am glad you like the BC & ME Workout.

As a matter of fact, Gauntlet is on deck for me to do tommorrow morning...Can't wait - I love it! It was the very first workout of the Intensity Series that I did (I actually just jumped in and did all three Terminators as my first three workouts of the series) and it gave me a great sampling of the series as a whole...yes, it's a killer, but what a way to go!!!
Try it! You'll have a blast! And let me know how it goes!
