Bonus Core in TTM and CF

I have just "discovered" the bonus core/upper body segments in To The Max and Cross Fire. I freaking love them! I have been including them in my December rotation, tagging them on my upper body day after I finish with my weights workout. I alternate between the two. They fly by - I really enjoy the side plank work in TTM. I did upper body with Body Max 2, then did TMM core after - pshew! I felt that the next day for sure! If you have not checked out these gems, be sure to do so - Cathe hit it out of the park on these!
