I do my interval cardio work almost every morning on the treadmill, with stretching afterwards, and try to do weights at night. I have S&H, Pyramids, ME, MM and L&G. Am interested in strength (I have enough cardio work in the a.m.) and a good bone building routine probably concentrating on S&H, and would ike to limt each workout to mostly 45 minutes or a little longer if necessary. Would appreciate any suggestions.
