BodyWedge for Incline Chest Work?

Cathlete
I have and love almost all of your wonderful weight workouts, but my absolute favorite is Slow & Heavy. However,I miss doing the incline work due to lack of equpment for that. I get my aerobics on my treadmill or bike and do not do step work. I do not want a step or weight bench or anything too heavy or bulky to move around easily. Would the bodywedge provide the right angle to do incline chest presses and flyes? Or is there any other alternative you can suggest? Thanks so much.

Hi, Normandy! Certainly not Cathe, but I have the BodyWedge here at home as well (I used to work for the company that actually MADE them and I met the developer....LOL). And I think you'd be just fine using it. I have used it instead of an incline bench and had no problems besides DOMS! LOL

Hope this helps some.

Hi, Gayle -- The DOMS part is the final clincher! I want to get the black one -- not the yellow that you have to blow up -- and Amazon sells it for Target -- but with a $16 shipping charge (plus tax)!!! Know anyplace else to get this - I don't know if the BodyWedge 21 company charges shipping and tax. E-mailed them but got no reply yet.
