Just curious what results you folks got from doing the 4-week BodyBlast Rotation? I just got my DVDs last week and have done KPC and PP so far. Tomorrow is SB. I'm nervous about the weight workouts in this serious - they don't seem overly intense. I've been doing GS and MM for weight workouts for the past few weeks. I guess I have some difficulty seeing how I will see results in my muscles. I really do like the cardio in this series though (I've watched each of the dvds already and am excited for SB tomorrow). Maybe I'll use these and incorporate the GS series - should probably do a search for a rotation that primarily uses those workouts.

Any opinions/thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi, I`ve got all of the DVD`s in this series and when I previewed the weight workouts like PP and SS I thought they looked fairly easy. But I`ve found that if I use heavy weights and do one of the premixes, I get just as hard a workout as I would with others. Hope that helps!
