Body Weight Series

I'd also love to see some purely bodyweight training workouts from Cathe - perhaps incorporating the use of a suspension trainer or equalizer bars. There are so many awesome high intensity, high impact, kickbox, HiiT, step, circuits, metabolic and weights workouts in the Cathe library already - would love to see something completely different.

It would be great to have a solid and tuff workout (the series would be better) that I can do e.g. at summer house using no equipment.
