I like what I saw from the clip. I then went to see what other dvds she had and what people had to say about them and her - which were glowing (except for one review). Do you have her other dvd? I am so tempted to pre-order it because I am just about to place an order at collage today...but wonder if I should wait until after it comes out to see what people have to say.

I am leary about rave reviews on workout dvds because I don't know what type of "exerciser" they are. I figure if a fan of Cathe likes an instructor or a workout, then it carries a lot more weight for me.

Hi Sarah!

I do have her other dvd and really like it and plan on getting this new one as well! I really enjoy the "uniqueness" of her style---a little different from what I'm used too from Cathe, lol!
