Cathe, in your profile you have Body Pump as one thing you did to get in shape, are any of your tapes like it, or will you maybe think about doing one for us, and also another Cardio Kicks Tape and maybe an ALL Step tape. I went onto the website for Body Pump but they only sell to certified instructors. Thanks, Pam

but, Power Hour is "her" body pump. It is a great workout.
