Body proportion

Cathe,
First of all, thank you for always delivering the very best workout videos! I would be lost without you!

I have been using your videos (step and weight training) about 4 days a week and running 1 day a week for about 2 months. I am close to attaining the figure I want but my hips are large and out of proportion to my waist. I seem to be able to lose inches off my waist much more easily than my hips and thighs and I look disproportionate. I know there is no such thing as spot reducing but
can you tell me any specific workouts I should focus on try to tone that area?

I am so glad you asked this question as I'm the say way. I've recently starting walking/running 3 days per week and weight training 4 days per week. I've lost almost 1 inch in my waist, but only 1/2 inch in the hips and thighs. My hips were already big and now that I've lost an inch in my waist, my hips look even bigger. Hopefully Cathe will have time to pop in and give us an answer.
