Body Max

Tomorrow's rotation says Body Max but I don't have it. Any suggestions for a replacement? What kind of workout is it, a circuit, upper body...? Please help!

its 26 mins of regular step,20 mins of power circuits with leg work, and 25-30 mins upper body workout

i am not sure of a substitute for it but maybe mixing up segments from other videos.

Hi Sheryl--

Body Max is one of my favorite Cathe videos. The segment she has you doing is the upper body segment of the tape -- toward the end of the tape -- so any upper body workout would do. I think she included this as the upper body because it's comparatively short -- the other upper body workouts are about 50 some minutes -- and this is a TimeSaver workout this month.

Are you enjoying the rotation? At first, I wasn't sure I needed the TimeSaver, but it's turning out that I do.

I know this is to late for you, but in the future: This is my substitution for Body Max: CTX Step and Intervals, CtX Power Circuit(just the cardio and lower body mix) and ME upper body only. I read this from the search for substitutes and from what I can tell its pretty close. Deanie:)
