Body Max Rotation - Results?

Hello Everyone!

I'm new to Cathe's website and I just recently made my first Cathe video purchase. That purchase being, obviously, the Body Max Series (all six tapes). So far I've tried Supersets, Step, Jump and Pump, Kick, Punch and Crunch, and Push and Pull. I LOVE THEM! My first experience with weight training was with The Firm - I thought those were a challenge, but there's just no comparison. Anyways, to get to my question.... I'm really excited about the videos and I'm trying out a rotation that I found on the fitness video fanatics website.... what I was wondering is has anyone tried a rotation with the Body Max series, and, if so, what kind of results did you get? I'm an advanced exerciser and runner. I think I've hit a plateu. I'd like to shed that last ten pounds and I'd also like to get an even more lean and sculpted look. Will these videos help me with that or should I go for other Cathe videos? Regardless, I'm definitely going to keep these videos in my rotation and finish out the month on the rotation I got from the website I mentioned. I can't wait to get home tonight and try another video. I'm fast becoming a huge fan.

Thanks for your help!

In my opinion, Push Pull and Supersets are two of Cathe's easier weight workouts. The cardio in the Body Blast series is excellent. I think Cathe's most intense workouts are those in her Intensity Series hence the name, lol. If you cant get them all I'd consider getting at least the Pyramid dvd and the Terminator dvd to really kick some butt!!

Thanks so much for your response. I'll definitely be adding those two dvds to my collection. Also, I apologize for refering to Body Blast as Body Max. Guess I was suffering from a mini-brain cloud. :)

I second the Intensity Series suggestion. It is a must have. The Terminator DVD really takes things up to another level and it gives you a taste of what the IS has to offer. I think you made a good choice with the BB series to introduce your body to Cathe. SuperSets/Push&Pull have really good premixes on the DVDs that make them ultra tough/extreme.
I started with the Firm too. It prepared me for Cathe. I love what Cathe has done for my fitness level. I rotate Cathe/FitPrime/Firm/TLP/Rebounding. Cathe is by far the hardest. She makes me feel like an Olympian.
