They don't really say. I started to post that it was a 25 pound barbell but just checked and am not sure. I know that is what she uses on the upper body. I am not sure about the dumbbells, I think they are 15#. When I first started with this one I used a 35# bar and 15 dumbbells. Now when I do this one I use 45# bar and 20# dumbbells.
