Body Max II

I just ordered my 2011 calendar and took advantage of the 20% off and ordered Body Max II. So excited! There have been many raves about Body Max II on this board. Can you tell me what fun and excitement and pain I can expect? What are some of the moves in Body Max II? I did Low Max last night and I love that workout. The choreography is great. For some reason I love "step sweep". It just feels so cool. I also love grapevining over the step and then adding the pivot turns. The Low Max DVD just feels so good it moves seamlessly. I hope I'll love Body Max just as much. Tonight it's Cardio & Weights. I aslo can't wait for my new calendar! Last year I received it on Christmas eve. The UPS man was my Santa Claus!

I really like Body Max 2. If you like Low Max choreography, you'll like BM2. The music is good too. There is more impact but it's not too bad and it's mostly in the Power Circuit section. The upper body work is done mostly with the stability ball and it's short but gets the job done. If you do the whole thing you will feel quite a sense of accomplishment. There are several shorter premixes for days when you can't do the whole 97 minutes!
 
Oh you're gonna love this one ~ Especially if you like Step work outs.
I have not really done any of the premixes yet, but, I like to do the step ciruits, then weight work and abs. I LOVE the weight work in this one. Really good total body work out !

The double upper body premix is awesome! It's over an hour long. She does the upper body w/o twice! Yeowzas! I forget how exactly it's put together but it's KILLER!:eek:

Ofcourse the step work out is fun. Cathe's step always is! :)
 
BodyMax2 is a great buy. You get so much from one DVD. The premixes are aweseome, but you get a serious workout when you do the DVD in it's entirety. Your body will get worked! I really love the choreography in this one...a lot of fun moves. Enjoy it!
 
I can't remember many of the moves in BM2 but I do remember it is my favorite step routine ever. My favorite move has to be the cross country. For some reason, it makes me feel super speedy.

I have never done BM2 in its entirety but might when it comes up in my November rotation. I usually split it up and do the cardio and circuit interval blasts in the morning and then do the weights and abs at night.

As everyone else has said, there are so many options with premixes that you will not regret the purchase!

Body Max 2 is a great w/o, but right now I'm only doing the premixes. Until I'm finished with school in March I just have the time to do this w/o, so I pick one of the 45 min premixes. The premixes work you just as good though!

All this talk about BodyMax II made be nostalgic for the original BodyMax which I have not done for over a year. I pulled it out and did it this evening. Whew. It's still tough after all these years. :)
