Body Max (both)

Hi Cathe,
In the Max Intensity Strength video you do specify that it is not an aerobic w/o (btw, one of my favs for strength), and what about Body Max (both 1 and 2)? Where do they fall? Cardio? Strength? Hiit? HIT? Circuit? Cannot seem to place them...:):eek:
 
I love both of these workouts. They both clock in at about an hour and a half. They are both structured the same. The start with step cardio, then move into lower body work that alternates with step blasts. Next you do upper body strength work and the workout ends with abdominal work. Both are excellent, fun and tough workouts. I love them both, but BM2 has some great premixes.
