Body Max 2 without stability ball?

Hi,
I'm planning to buy Body Max 2, it seems a very complete workout! Unfortunately I live in a very small apartement. I have already a Step and some weights, but i think a stability ball will be too much. I would like to know if it is possible to do the upper body work in this DVD using only a step or a chair?
Thank you!

Yes, you can sub a step or chair for most of the moves. You could even use your step to place your feet upon for the decline push-ups. (Cathe uses the SB.) I just did the workout yesterday for the first time...great workout!

I have on/off wrist problems, so portions of the workout I used a weighted ball and a step instead of the stability ball. I will say that the stability ball makes it tougher in some areas though. BTW, if you don't have a weighted ball you can use your free weights (don't go too heavy). Take care.
