Body Max 2 premixes

Chistine,
Scrambled eggs has no upper body or abs in the workout. Bootcampis the same set up as the original bootcamp. For example,

power circuit segment#1 (step,blast, leg lunges)
Back work
Abs-roccket shoots/thrusts

Power circuit #2(step,blast,squats)
chest
Abs
