What is the Body Fusion tape like? Cathe listed this as an alternate to another tape and I'm trying to figure out what it is. Thanks for any help.
 
It features (3) eight minute (or so) step segments alternating with compound weight segments. It’s kind of like “Cardio and Weights” or “Circuit Max” lite. It isn’t very intense. That said, when I do this one on an 8” step and go as heavy as possible with the weights, I get a good workout. In my opinion, it isn’t as fun as Cathe’s new beg/int low impact step workout, but I it is fun. And it’s on the same DVD as Basic Step so sometimes I do the Basic Step routine followed by just the step segments from Body Fusion for a nice, low intensity, near 50 min. step workout.
 
I agree, it's not very intense weight wise. They using tubing(which I'm not crazy about). I used medium resistance tubing and I think next time I'll use heavy resistance tubing or weights instead. I really like LIS for cardio. I just wish it was longer.
