Body fusion outfits , I love them what brand are they?

RE: Body fusion outfits , I love them what brand are t...

I know what you mean the pants looks really nice but after what Cathe's opinion on them I had second thought maybe like she said on a nice summer day just to wear, that was the top she she was talking about but the pants didn't hold up well after a high intesity workout. I will paste what she said yesterday.

Hi Dani! Maybe I can help you. I'm going to be 100 percent honest.

I agree, Blue fish has wonderful TOP NOTCH quality material and quite a variety of both classic and trendy fun fitness wear. Other than their clothes running a little smaller than true to size I was very pleased with what we had ordered from them. As far as support in the bust area, I can't fairly comment there since I am not one who needs additional support in that area.

As far as Pitbull clothing, I will be honest and say that their clothes are cute and fit well upon trying them on but NOT after sweating in them. Speaking for only the pieces that we ordered, the pants and the pastel tank tops with the thin black piping down the front were simply okay for support (I also would definitely hand wash and hang dry these pieces).

The baby rib camisole(in black, lavendar, and sea breeze blue)tops and the baby rib tee (sea breeze blue t-shirt) however, did not provide enough support for a workout. These tops both lost their support as we sweated in them. They were thin and wrinkled when we sat down and stayed wrinkled when we stood up (once sweaty). We also had to shorten the straps to the cami by 3 inches to get better support. I honestly would not recommend them for anything other than to wear out on a summer day with shorts or jeans. I'll admit though that they were very cute on and I honestly did like them a lot for just wearing at the gym because they are a very comfortable soft fabric and look very fitness like. They just don't meet the needs of high intensity workouts in my opinion. Hope this helps.

Hi Val! Hopefully you read my comments that Barbara copied below. In addition to this I would like to add that I wore the two pieces that I had listed as being okay for support to class today to give a better opinion. These were the pants and the tank tops with the thin black piping (the girls had these tops on on in some of the videos). Both the pants and the tops seemed to hold up fine and keep their shape in class today. Just so you know the pants are cut low which reflect todays trend of hip area exposed. To give you an idea of HOW low, the two little "dimples" above my tailbone are exposed when I am standing and relaxed in these pants. Good news is they don't ride lower when you bend over. They seem to stay put.

I looked at the fabric contents of these two pieces (pants and piping top) and they are 90% cotton and 10% lycra, whereas the others that I told you lost their shape were 95% cotton and 5% lycra. That extra amount of lycra seemed to do the trick to hold their shape for the workouts. Hope this helps!
:)

Cathe -- quick add'l question re: bra with that top

It looks like you wore a bra under both the black one piped in white and the lavender (was it -- hard to tell for sure) one piped in black. If it's not too personal, could you tell me if I'm correct, and if so what kind of bra you were wearing? I don't mean that you have to mention bra brand (unless you have found one you really love, and then TELL TELL!)-- I'm really mostly wondering if it was a regular bra (underwire etc.) or a sports bra. Although I am taller and broader-shouldered than you, I share your qualities in not needing any real additional support in the bust area. :) So when I see you apparently wearing an additional bra under a top that looks like it has some bust support in it already, it makes me question whether I would need to do the same thing in that kind of top.

By the way, thanks for the add'l info on these tops and those cute pants with the lightening bolts on the legs -- very cute and SO tempting! :)

RE: Cathe -- quick add'l question re: bra with that top

Hi Kathy! I actually didn't wear the tops with black piping. I only wore the cami tops (lavender with black trim and black with white trim). The other girls had the tops with the thin black piping down the front. As for the tops I wore (the cami top) I don't recommend them AT ALL for fitness. The fabric was thin and the straps stretched out of shape as they got sweaty. There is not enough lycra in that fabric. They are very cute for summer wear with shorts or something but do not have enough support at all for intense workouts. Again, I had to cut three inches off of the straps and sew them tighter and still felt that this fabric stretched by the workouts end. I'm not a nipper and tucker while filming (meaning one who tucks hair behind the ears or tugs at a shirt to pull it lower). I find doing that distracting to the viewer and make every effort I can to avoid doing it in any workout unless it simply can't be avoided (ie: sweaty piece of hair stuck right in the eyes). But on these workouts, I found myself doing a fair share of subtle tugs at my top to hold it down and stretch it back into place, sigh.

As far as wearing a bra under these. There was no shelf bra built into these at all. So wear whatever bra you typically would to give yourself support:)

RE: Cathe -- quick add'l question re: bra with that top

FYI-Pitbull offers tops w/bras and tops without bras.
