For those of you on the BFL program, I was wondering how your results are coming! I just started 8 days ago and I am excited about sticking to it..and just wanted to see how you all are doing on it too. One question though - how many caleries do you try to eat with the program? I'm 5'3 and 130 pounds and trying to lose 10-15 pounds.

If you follow the palm/fist rule, you can't go wrong. I wouldn't worry so much about specific calories. Since I had been a 'counter' for years, I couldn't help but log into fitday when I first started BFL and my calories ranged from 1200-1500 without counting 1 tbsp of flax per day. I'm 5'5 about 120 lbs (not sure if that helps or not). Also if you follow the palm/fist rule you will get a natural zig zag to your calories which should help with lowering bodyfat.
