Hey everyone, I did a search and ended up posting in the Ask Cathe forum by mistake.
I want to know how those of you that are doing Body For Life incorporate Cathe's video's into your routine? I want to try BFL, but I can't motivate myself to run or bike. I need the structured workout that video's/DVD's provide. I guess I'm wondering if you do use Cathe's workouts, do you only do part of it, and if so - what?
The thread I read had noted to do Pyramid Upper and Lower on different days, with Cardio in between. (Cardio only from CTX was an example.)
If anyone has done this or something similar and can give me an opinion, please do so! I am ready to dive in, I just want to make sure I'm not going down the wrong road!!
