I saw this on Good Morning America this morning and wanted to share it with you. I plan to pick this book up later and read it to investigate. I am feeling like I need a change and this just may be what I need.
For those that already use Body for Life, please tell me how you incorporate Cathe workouts into this plan. My understanding of it, and I lightly read it years ago, was that there are short, 20 minute workouts daily that are already prescibed in the book. I currently work out about 1 hour per day (alomost all Cathe but some P90X and Firm) about 5 - 6 days per week and that would be a huge drop for me. Any hints?
