I went to the Walmart Supercenter this morning and they had this book. Has anyone read this book yet? Is it any good? Any different information than the other book?
I haven't read it myself but a friend of mine has. She said that she felt it was more "do-able" for a woman than the regular BFL book. Hopefully someone that has read it will respond & give us better info than that.
I flipped thru a copy at CostCo yesterday. It looks like a less "meaty" rehash of the original BFL book geared only to women. If it gets someone interested in fitness, great!
