Hi Everyone,
Guess who used up their freeday last night? I had a few easter eggs, then I was picking at the cake in the fridge, then I had a handfull of chips. So, I thought..."you don't really deserve a freeday do you"? And I agreed with myself.
The good thing is, the cake got thrown in the garbage and the chips are all gone. There won;t be anymore in the house until DH goes out and picks some up.I never pick them up with groceries.Still to many easter eggs left though!
The baby christening shouldn't be that hard b/c there is going to be turkey there and all sorts of stuff so hopefully I will be able to just have a BFL meal while I am there.I think at gatherings like that it isn't hard to NOT eat b/c people are so busy that they don't notice what you are doing. They are to busy watching kids and chatting.
On a brigther note, I was down 1.5 lbs today!:7 8 more lbs to go.}( If I work really hard there shouldn't be any problems losing a few more. But I need to get really focused and follow the book to a "T".I even think that I should cut back on my running a little b/c that is where I find the excuse that I can have a treat (b/c I ran for 60 min).
I forgot to tell you that I got my EFL book a couple of days ago. There looks like there is some good food in there! I will need to pick up groceries.Great book for when you feel like you have eating the samething forever. I am also unsure about weather I should buy the Journal.I still have one upstairs that is only half used.It feels werid to start at day 30 something.
Fitnut-I forgot to say how happy I was that you posted.I can only imagine how hard it must be with your busy life. One of the things that helped me this week was that I cooked about 4 chicken breast earlier this week so that was easier.I just grabbed the meat out of the fridge and whipped something up.Good Luck with starting on Monday.Sounds like you have some good goals!
I hope everyone else as a great BFL day! I know I am going to be sticking to it very well today! Wish me luck!
