Hi! I'm new here. I discovered Cathe in August and have accumulated the following used VHS from ebay and/or ya-ya swap:
MIS (good workout, but I feel like I'm outgrowing it, esp lower body section)
IMAX (like, can do it with modifications)
Powermax (love, love, love)
Cardio Kicks (love, love)
Body Max (love)
All Step (love)

I'm am in pretty descent shape now after doing these tapes the past few months. I'm going to ask for either the intensity series or body blast series for Christmas. What do you think I should ask for?

The body blast series has KPC which I would love to have, but I've heard the series is easier and I would like a challenge. But at the same time it would be fun!

The intensity series has Imax 2 which everyone raves about of course and you also get BC and The Terminator.

Should I just start out with Body Blast series since it is a little easier perhaps and then get Intensity Series later? Help me decide!

I suggest you get the Intensity Series, and if you can afford one more dvd, get the Body Blast Timesaver dvd.

I realize you get a better deal if you order a whole series, but if you have to choose, you might order the specific workouts from each series you're most interested in. For instance, I ordered the BC/ME and the Imax2/C&W dvds because I am more interested in cardio and circuit workouts than in mostly weight workouts. The K,P,C and Legs & Glutes is my favorite Body Blast dvd (they are together on one) -- and that would be the dvd I would recommend from the BB series (Step Blast is great if you like step). While SS and PP are definately easier, I love to create more intense workouts from a blend of these two.
