body blast rotation

I am going to do the body blast rotation this month. I'm just getting back to working out, so I know I will have to make some modificatons to the workouts, but I'm sure that eventually I'll be able to get through without modifying.

Has anyone done the body blast rotation? What kind of results did you have? I'm hoping this will help me get back into the exercise habit and drop some pounds while toning up. I'd like to lose 30# (not all this month, obviously), and hoping this gives me a nice start to that goal!

Amy ,I will do this rotation with you as I just got the Body blast series !! Oh yippe A fitness friend I'm so excited . You can loose that 30 pounds too !!!!!:)
 
So heres my rotation .
Mon :step jump and pump
Tues:Kick Punch and Crunch
Wed Push and Pull
Thurs: Step Blast
Fri :Legs and Glutes
Sat Off
Sun Super sets Is that the same rotation your planing ???
 
Yes...that's the one. I pulled it from the Rotations page, so I think it's probably the same one you have.

SJP tomorrow - I haven't done this workout yet, so I know modifications will be involved. I need to tell myself that it's ok...and I'm still making great steps toward fitness - even if I can't keep up with Cathe.

Have you been working out with Cathe for long? I read in another post that you've already lost 33 pounds! Awesome! Are you still trying to lose weight or just tone up?

Another challenge for me will be eating clean... I'm going to try to follow Weight Watchers and see how that goes this week. It's a step in the right direction!

Amy I have acutally lost 50 pounds total .Ive been working out with Cathe since about Feb .I have about 10 more pounds to go but I'm sure I just broke a 9 month platue ,thanks to Sarahs push she gave me .yep I'm trying to tone up and well just keep it off ... Who knows where this journey will take me . I have only done Step Bast in this series . So we will be in this together It will be my first time too with SJP so I guess we can giggle together on our goofs . But thats what leaves room for improvements !!!!.Good luck with weight watchers you are headed in the right direction !!!!!So I will e-mail you On Monday to tell you how it went you do the same ... Sound good ??? Maybe we can get some followers too !!!!!
