Body Blast rotation

I started Cathe's December rotation last week, and so far it has been great. Yesterday was a real killer. I did Push/pull then right into L&G, and boy was that hard. Today when I did Step Blast I could just feel the fatigue in my legs!! Luckily tomorrow is a rest and eat day, ha! I like this series because with very few modifications I can lift what Cathe is doing. I modify dead lifts because of back issues and I have decided the shoulder push-ups are not for me because of stabilization issues in the back. I did 15 lb overhead presses instead.

Has anyone else been doing this rotation?
