I have a question for people who are doing the Body Blast rotation, or considering doing it. So I'm pretty sure the rotation goes BC, off, ME, IM2, C+W, PLB, PUB. This sounds great for one week, but then do you do BC again immediately right after PUB? I haven't done PUB, but I imagine I'll be pretty sore after it, and I know I was sore in my back from boot camp. I'd thought about just using lighter weights for my upper body in BC, but then I feel like I'm not getting the most out of the routine (which I love by the way!) Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I just add an extra day off after PUB? I hope this makes sense...thanks for any suggestions!
