Body Blast results anyone???

Hi all! I'm waiting on my last dvd in the BB series (PP/SB)to arrive so that I can start the BB rotation. I'm so excited b/c this is my first full series to own and my first attempt at an "official" rotation suggested by Cathe. I have about a dozen of her videos that I just switch around. I was just wondering if any of you have tried this rotation and about the results that you may have had. Thanks alot!!!!!
 
I didn’t follow the exact rotation, but when I received the BB series, I used only those workouts exclusively (5-6 times a week). After about a month, my body leaned out quite a bit. Although my muscles are not very big, but they are visible. I had an amazing change in my appearance with this series.

I'm also going to start a rotation next week with these workouts. I'm hoping to do Legs & Glutes at least twice a week as I'm a pear and need major lower body work. I did the workout today and had to actually do most of it without weight at all. My legs were like jello when I finished.
