body blast problem

Hi,

I ordered the Body Blast Series and
I just found out that they put the timesaver DVD in my Super Set Push Pull case. I was so bummed because the Super Set & Push Pull workouts were the ones I was looking forward to the most.
Has anyone else had this problem? I have contacted customer service so I am hoping to get this straightened out.

I think a whole batch went out with this problem. Don't worry, they'll staighten it out for you. You may have to wait a few days for them to contact you. I've seen several other people post this same problem.

Yep - this happened to me, too. I e-mailed them and with the backlog in customer service now, I suppose it might be sometime this week before they get to us.

SNM will get it fixed, they always do and when they figure out there's more than one of us this has happened to, they'll get it to it quick.

In the meantime, we can at least have fun with the other 3 DVD's!

edited to add: Michelle - I was looking forward to this one, too. I sprained my ankle on Monday, got the new DVD's on Friday and these were the only two workouts I could realistically do, skipping any leg work I can't handle yet!
