Body Blast Premix question

Hi everyone,
I'm doing the body blast premix rotation and was wondering something.
I was wondering about the parts where it says "Pause here if necessary" I kinda walked around and waited and waited for it to go on, but I found that I had to manually hit the button to make it go to the next section. I wonder if this is the way it's supposed to be or what? Thanks for any info on this.

My doesn't do that at all but I have heard of other saying it happens to them. I think It could be the dvd player not saying it is broke but just doesn't go to the next chapter. For instance some of the workout blender doesn't work on all of my BB series but other people had no problem.

LOL, I just did the same thing. I was waiting and said....do I have to press something?? So it seems I had to press skip to jump to the next section. It seems to pause automatically and you have to tell it to go to the next section. I didn't care for that part, I thought I wouldn't have to touch it. I did a pre-mix where I'm doing upper body 3x in PP. So I had to do it a lot. but I got use to it.

This is a problem with the DVD player. I sent an email to Panasonic and they say the DVD has newer technology then the player. This doesn't happen on our Mitsubishi 5 change player. My Panasonic is a VHS/DVD combo and isn't as advanced as our other player.

Since doing the body blast premix rotation I have had to manually push my remote to the next section. I've gotten use to it now so it really isn't a big deal now...besides, I can rest as long as I want
Also, I just keep my remote handy so I can just grab it.
I am loving this rotation, what about everyone else? So far what are everyone's favorites? hardest ones so far?

I have the same problem on my dvd player but tried dvd on my in laws new dvd player and it worked. Is there any way of fixing this problem?

I think you have to buy a new player! LOL! Panasonic told me to take it to a local factory dealer to see if they could do anything. But I suspect that would cost me as much as I payed for this player - it was fairly inexpensive. So I decided I could live with it for now. I know that the pauses in the premixes are about 5 secs, so I just use that as a time to get a sip of water and move on.
