Body blast or intensity series- which one to do?

Hi:

Tommorrow I finish up my 4th week of CTX as a comeback I feel so much better. Thanks to all who encouraged me.

So I'm trying to figure out what to do next. I am not quite ready for S&H so am trying to chose between body blast or intensity series?

What do you recommend?

i would say body blast b/c if it were me that is what i would be in the mood for today. LOL that's it

That is a tough pick! I love them both! I think that I would say the Body Blast series if I *had* to choose ;)

Especially where you are transitioning into a new phase of your workouts, I think that superset and push/pull are helpful to go from the shorter weight workouts to the longer ones. The cardio workouts in this series are a blast too & the music is great! Don't forget to use those pre-mixes for variety and options! There are a lot of goo dpremizes that you can use when you transition into this series...for example, you can cut SJP in half or you can use a premix for lower or upper only on supersets, etc.

Intensity Series has great workouts too, don't get me wrong, but I think that if you feel you are not ready for S&H, you won't feel ready for the pyramids either.
 
If you feel like you could kick some big butt today.. go with the intesity series! oh yeah! I'll be doing IMAX2 today! Woo hoo!:7
