Say, has anyone else received Cathe's e-mail update on the Body Blast progress? Too cool! Looks like filming is decidedly on the horizon and should be completed by mid-August, AND the VHS versions should be out by the end of summer; DVD's of course take longer.

You VHS'ers - take note. You'll get to crow and drool to us DVD'ers soon enough!

Just received it too. The only thing I was disappointed about is that it doesn't look like any of the male crew will be back. Excited to see who the new person is! Here is a copy & paste:

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give you a brief update on the upcoming Body Blast
Series and to remind everyone that our current presale prices are good only
through July 31st.

We are scheduled to finish filming around mid August and still anticipate getting the
VHS tapes out by summer's end. As you know, DVD's will take a bit longer.

We are all working hard and excited to bring you this new workout
series. Cedie, Rhonda, Brenda, Jai, Lorraine, plus at least one new friend (who
we will tell you about next update) will be joining us in this series.

For now I can tell you that the music for Step Blast is so much fun. I
have been using it in my classes and it has been a total hit. It
features songs such as What's Up, I Wanna Be Your Lover, Video Kill The
Radio Star, 1999, Paint It Black, Fast Car, and any more. If you
enjoyed the music from the last soundtrack I think you will LOVE this
one.

Oh that reminds me, over the last month or so, I have gotten emails of
people wondering if we offer the music featured on the Intensity Series
workouts. Perhaps since we no longer have this link displayed on our
home page many are still unaware of the soundtrack featuring this music.

I didn't get it either. It must have gotten filtered.

I'm glad to see Cedie, Rhonda and the rest of the crew again! I just have to HAVE Cedie in the workout!

This time I ordered the DVD's. The wait is just gonna kill me. But, I do like reading what the VHS'ers have to say before I tackle the workouts.

I did see the subject title had Cathe's name in it. I am thinking I got it because I joined the newsletter. Sorry you didn't get yours.

Fantastic! I just came home after 7 weeks vacation - I'm out of shape and more excited about the videos than ever :7 . Thanks for posting the e-mail.

Thanks for the post! I didn't get the update either, but I've been receiving so much spam lately it may have been filtered.

Like you Dawn I ordered DVD this time around as well. It is going to be so hard to hear all of the VHS reviews, but I know that I will be getting so much more for my money with the DVDs. I wish that I would have ordered the Intensity Series on DVD, but I will buy them eventually. I really want to try the Terminator DVD. In the meantime the reviews that I get from the VHSers will allow me to put them into a rotation, that is if Cathe does not supply one. It won't be much longer now, maybe 2 months. Maybe I will get them by my birthday, Sept. 15th. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. These DVDs were a belated Mother's Day present.
 
Thanks so much for the update.So happy to hear that Rhonda and Brenda are going to be in the Blast Series.(They are my favorites)
 
Thanks so much Debbie for posting that!! I have a new email address and did not receive the update. If you have an opportunity, can you please also post future updates for those of us that didn't receive it? I changed my settings, but Chris said that they are working off an old list. Thanks again!!!!! :) :)
