Hi Bobbi!

I was going to reply in our Running check-in but I wasn't sure you'd see it. My question...

What is Aerobic Yoga? Yoga done at a fast enough pace that it is considered aerobic? Sounds intriguing. Never heard of this! Same as power yoga?

Also, I'm interested in the pilates you're doing. This is for strength rather than stretch, correct?

It's an older tape from Tracey Rich and Ganga White. It definitely got my heartrate up and the next day my shoulders and triceps were as sore as if I had lifted! Here's the link: http://www.whitelotus.org/ I really love these tapes. I have all of them and they are straight forward and excellent.

The Pilates is both strength and stretch. I don't know if you are familiar with Karen Voight? I bought the Pilates ring so it's great for inner thighs. I hate floor work but this is some good stuff. It's core training and I think it will round my program out nicely. http://www.karenvoight.com

Variety, intensity and consistancy! I am also looking to minmize wear and tear on the old by body and keep my muscles guessing. It is possible to do all these diciplines and I think they compliment each other.
