BM2 using lighter weights?

I did BM2 double upper body (pre-mix)today. Really enjoyed the workout.
Does any one have to use lighter weights in this workout???

I find I can't go as heavy.

I use lighter weights. Well lighter than 15lbs. I have done the workout 1x and I used 10lbs for some exercises and did not use the ball for every exercise. I felt the ball was hinderance and I got a better workout without for some of the exercises.

Doing arm curls on the ball is hard for me. I find the ball gets in the way a little bit. Evening using lighter weights I find I'm still working hard. So, I quess that's still good. I might need to try some adjustments to some of the excerises too.

I certainly have to go lighter doing the 2x Upper Body premix (I don't think I've done the upper body portion "as is"). I can't do 6 sets of upright shoulder presses with 15 pounders. I'd be lucky to be able to last the first 2.

I think I noticed that Brenda uses lighter weights than the rest of the crew, so I don't feel so bad.

I can usually do the same as Cathe on the first "set" but when I do the repeat set I have to go lower on many, especially the shoulders.

But everyone is different! :)
