BM2 triceps

Hi Cathe, first of all THANKS for the incredible workouts. Did BM2 for the first time this am, then for fun watched the premixes. In the double UB workout, you do all the UB two times, except for triceps. Did I see that right, or do you do triceps one time. If so, any special reason?
 
Maybe it's because the triceps work in BM2 is so intense? That is a killer tricep workout. I love it. If you can do double that, I am very impressed.

I purposely didn't do tricep dips twice because the routine already naturally did this exercise twice (32 reps, rest, and repeat 32 reps).

Seated extentions seemed to have a rather long set of a rep pattern that seemed a bit long to be repeated.

However, kickbacks are repeated a second time for a bonus burn }(
