BM2 scrambled eggs

I haven't had time to preview this one yet. Is it cardio and weights? I heard others say it was great but I was wondering if someone could give me the "jist" of it so I could get right to it.

Scrambled Eggs 80 minutes

Warm up
Step combo #1
Power circuit #1 (step, blast, lunges)
Step combo #2
Power circuit #2 (step, blast, squats)
Step combo #3
Power circuit #3 (step, blast, plie squats)
Bonus cardio
Repeat bonus cardio
Power circuit #4 (step, blast, static lunges)
Stretch

Scrambled Eggs is a little too long for me--too much cardio! The worst part in my opinion is repeating the bonus cardio. I usually just skip doing it again. It's just too much and too boring to do it again.

But it's really fun!

I'm with Allison, I don't do the bonus cardio twice, I usually just jump rope in place and watch Cathe and her crew do it:+ ;-)
