BM2 Bootcamp Modification to High Reps

This seems to be a very popular workout, so I tried it today. Currently, I'm in the high rep/low weight workout mode and changed up the weight segments. Whenever Cathe did a 2-count with heavier weights, like 15 lbs., I dropped the weight to 5 lbs and did single counts and really squeezed the muscle. The upper body was on fire, especially the triceps and shoulders - it felt so good! (Does that make me a masochist..or is it sadist...I always get them confused...):D Anyways, it's always good to change things up and I like hearing how everyone tweaks their workouts, and thought I'd share!

Sounds good! I'm doing hi-rep/low weights too, so I may try that. BTW, a sadist enjoys inflicting pain on others, a masochist enjoys receiving the pain! }(
