Cathe, first of all, let me state how much I love your new tapes (and your old tapes too!). You are my fitness guru, and I am always in awe!!! My husband says you're not human!!

I have seen your December rotation, but I have a purely personal question about rotations more fitting to my schedule. I would like to do one whole tape (different) per day, six days in a row for a couple of weeks, mainly to familiarize myself with the tapes as well as due to my time constraints and preferring the same day off each week. Since there are four tapes using weights, are there two particular tapes that use weights that would be better to use back-to back?
